Question 1

What does it cost to build with FractalX?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the project — we don't work on fixed prices. We partner with you: a reduced upfront investment plus a stake in the outcome, with ongoing support. The best way to understand the fit is a quick call. Email admin@fractalx.io to start a conversation.

Question 2

How does the partnership model work?

Accepted Answer

We take on the full tech side — product, development, and infrastructure — for founders and businesses who have a validated idea and a market. Instead of a one-off agency invoice, we work on a reduced build investment plus a stake in the business, and we stay on as your long-term tech team.

Question 3

What is CourtX?

Accepted Answer

CourtX (formerly APL Padel) is our racket-sports platform for players and clubs — join Americano and Mexicano tournaments, follow live standings and the season ranking, and book courts. It's available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and is operated by FractalX Technologies FZ-LLC.

Question 4

Why did APL Padel become CourtX?

Accepted Answer

APL Padel is now CourtX — same app, same account, same operator (FractalX Technologies FZ-LLC). The name changed to reflect a broader racket-sports platform; nothing about your data or tournaments was affected.

Question 5

What are Americano and Mexicano tournaments?

Accepted Answer

Both are social round-robin formats. In an Americano you rotate partners each round and collect points individually; in a Mexicano each round's pairings are formed from the standings, so matches stay balanced. CourtX handles the pairing, live scoring, and standings automatically.

Question 6

How do I update my profile or playing level?

Accepted Answer

Open the Profile tab and choose Edit Profile — you can update your details, photo, and self-reported playing level there.

Question 7

I'm not receiving match or booking notifications.

Accepted Answer

Check that notifications are allowed for CourtX in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → CourtX · Android: Settings → Apps → CourtX → Notifications). If they're enabled and you still miss alerts, email admin@fractalx.io.

Question 8

I run a club — how do I get my club on CourtX?

Accepted Answer

Email admin@fractalx.io with your club's name and location. We onboard clubs directly and help you set up courts, tournaments, and your player community.

Question 9

What data does CourtX store about me?

Accepted Answer

Your name, email, optional profile photo, self-reported playing level, and your activity in the app (tournaments, matches, and bookings), plus a device notification token if you enable alerts. Everything is deleted with your account.

Question 10

How do I delete my CourtX account?

Accepted Answer

Open the app, go to Profile > Edit Profile, scroll to the "Danger zone" and tap "Delete account". This permanently removes your account and personal data (your past match results are kept anonymized). Cancel any upcoming court bookings first. If you can't access the app, email admin@fractalx.io with the subject "Delete my account".

Question 11

Is CourtX free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Joining tournaments and booking courts in CourtX is currently free — there are no payments inside the app.

Question 12

How do I install ClipMindX?

Accepted Answer

Download ClipMindX from the Mac App Store. Once installed, grant the required accessibility permissions and the app will live in your menu bar. Move your cursor to the notch area to activate the panel.

Question 13

Is my ClipMindX data stored locally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All clipboard data, credentials, and settings are stored locally on your Mac. API keys for AI features are secured in Apple Keychain. We never collect or access your personal data.

Question 14

How do I activate the Pro license?

Accepted Answer

After purchasing, you'll receive a license key. Open ClipMindX settings and enter your key in the License section. Pro features unlock immediately — no subscription required.

Question 15

Which AI providers does ClipMindX support?

Accepted Answer

ClipMindX supports OpenAI and Anthropic Claude. You connect using your own API keys, which are stored securely in Apple Keychain.

Question 16

The app is not responding to the notch gesture.

Accepted Answer

Make sure accessibility permissions are enabled in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your Mac.

Question 17

Where will RoadX be available?

Accepted Answer

RoadX is in development and preparing to launch in the UAE — starting with Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. GCC expansion into Saudi Arabia and Qatar is on the roadmap.

Question 18

How do I become a RoadX service provider?

Accepted Answer

Contact us at admin@fractalx.io with your business details and service capabilities. We're onboarding verified providers across all seven service verticals ahead of launch.

Question 19

How will RoadX payments work?

Accepted Answer

Question 20

What is CatalogsX?

Accepted Answer

CatalogsX turns any store — restaurants, retail, salons, services — into a beautiful digital catalog. Customers scan a QR code or NFC tag and browse products instantly, no app install required.

Question 21

Do my customers need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

Question 24
