2. ClipMindX — Mac App Store Purchases

ClipMindX is distributed exclusively through the Apple Mac App Store. All purchases, including one-time licenses and in-app purchases, are processed and managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase. FractalX does not process refunds for App Store transactions directly. If you experience a technical issue, contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

3. CatalogsX — Subscription Plans

CatalogsX subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then. For billing disputes or refund requests submitted within 14 days of a charge, contact admin@fractalx.io with your account details and we will process a full refund. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 14-day window.

4. RoadX — Service Marketplace

RoadX connects customers with service providers for on-demand vehicle and roadside assistance. Payment for completed services is non-refundable unless the service was not delivered as described. If a provider fails to show up or the service was materially different from what was booked, contact us within 48 hours at admin@fractalx.io. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Free Trials & Promotional Periods

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription rate. Charges made after a trial ends are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a direct FractalX purchase or subscription, email admin@fractalx.io with the subject line 'Refund Request — [Product Name]'. Include your name, email address used for purchase, order or transaction ID (if available), and the reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted. FractalX reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; changes will be reflected with an updated date below.
